Zelensky names Yevgeniy Khmara as acting defence minister
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Thursday that he had appointed Yevgeniy Khmara, a career intelligence official, as acting defence minister.
Zelensky announced the decision in a Facebook post. He said Khmara had gained extensive and, in many respects, unprecedented experience with technological combat operations.
