Pavel Durov wanted by Russia over terrorism, FSB says
Russia has issued an international wanted notice for Telegram founder and CEO Pavel Durov over accusations of complicity in terrorism, the Russian security service said on Wednesday.
The Federal Security Service said in a statement cited by Russian news agencies that an international wanted notice had been issued for “the head of the Telegram administration, P. Durov.”
The FSB statement said Durov, who was born in Russia and holds French and Emirati passports, was currently in France.
