Syria reports 19 dead and 27 injured in bus collision
Syrian state media said at least 19 people were killed and 27 others were injured on Saturday when two passenger buses collided in the central-eastern part of the country.
State television described the figures as a preliminary toll from a crash on the Damascus-Deir Ezzor road between the Sukhna and Palmyra areas. The interior ministry said the collision involved a bus carrying internal security forces personnel and a civilian bus.
