Strait of Hormuz tanker hit by drone, UKMTO says
A tanker was hit by a drone while making an outbound transit of the Strait of Hormuz on Thursday, the United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations agency said Friday, citing military authorities.
UKMTO said the vessel suffered minor damage. It said the crew were safe and accounted for, and no environmental impact had been reported.
