Plane hits unknown object, lands safely, Germany says
A plane collided with an unidentified object near Germany's Leipzig airport after aborting a landing and later landed safely in Hanover, an Interior Ministry spokesman said Wednesday.
The spokesman said the plane had been meant to land in Leipzig but had to abort the landing before colliding with an object. Police separately found a drone on the ground.
