Official says Madrid wildfire is at its peak and cannot be contained

A wildfire near Madrid that has forced thousands of evacuations is at its peak and cannot currently be controlled, a regional emergency official said. Carlos Novillo, the Madrid regional government's emergency management chief, told reporters that the fire was beyond firefighters' capacity to contain.
