Kharkiv strikes kill three, Ukraine officials say
Russian strikes killed three people in Ukraine's northeastern Kharkiv region, Ukrainian officials said Thursday.
Vitalii Karabanov, head of the military administration in Balakliya, said strikes on a residential area killed two women and a man in the frontline city.
In Sumy, also in northeastern Ukraine, regional official Sergiy Kryvosheenko said a Russian guided bomb attack wounded 13 people.
Oleksandr Ganzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, said two people were wounded in a separate Russian attack in that region.
