HSBC plans $1 billion buy-back and dividend
HSBC said on Tuesday that it plans a share buy-back of up to $1 billion and that its board has approved a second interim dividend of $0.10 per share.
The bank said in a filing to the Hong Kong stock exchange that it intends to start the buy-back and expects to complete it by its third-quarter 2026 results announcement.
