Denmark shooting wounds several in Holbaek, police say

Several people were wounded on Sunday in a shooting in Holbaek, Denmark, police said.

Police said they were at several locations in the city, about 70 kilometres west of Copenhagen, after a shooting reported at about 3:45 p.m. local time.

Police said they could not yet give details on the condition of those wounded. They said their presumption was that the shooting was linked to a settling of scores within the criminal milieu.

According to preliminary information cited by police, the perpetrators left the scene in a white car. Police asked members of the public with information to come forward.
