Colombia mine landslide kills 13, official says
A landslide at an illegal gold mine in southwestern Colombia killed 13 people and injured seven, Narino department government secretary Fredy Gamez said Thursday.
Gamez told Caracol Radio that the incident happened Wednesday night when a slope collapsed onto people because of activity taking place in the mine.
