Colombia earthquake kills at least 18 in Pereira, mayor says
At least 18 people died in the western Colombian city of Pereira after a 7.4-magnitude earthquake struck on Monday, Mayor Mauricio Salazar said.
Salazar told Caracol Radio that “the situation is critical” after the quake, which was centered in neighboring Choco province.
