Colombia earthquake death toll rises to at least 69

At least 69 people were killed when a 7.4 magnitude earthquake struck western Colombia on Monday, local officials said.

New tolls from officials put 40 deaths in the coffee-growing Risaralda region, 27 in Valle del Cauca department and two in the city of Manizales.
