Chile official says storms have killed at least 10 people
At least 10 people have died in Chile after storms brought heavy rainfall since last week to the country's typically arid north, an official said Monday.
Alicia Cebrian, director of Chile's SENAPRED national emergency service, told a press briefing that 10 people were dead, four were missing and 17 were injured. She said 2,422 people had been affected.
