Ceuta crisis: UK offers Spain help, Burnham says
UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham said Friday that Britain had offered help to Spain as it deals with a surge of migrants crossing from Morocco into its Ceuta enclave.
Burnham told reporters the situation was “a matter for the Spanish government first and foremost” but also “a cause for concern”.
He said the UK was making contact with the Spanish government and Spanish authorities “to provide support but also to understand the implications of that situation”.
