British Airways owner profit falls 35% on Mideast war
IAG, the parent group of British Airways and Spanish carrier Iberia, said Friday that its second-quarter net profit fell 35% as the Middle East war pushed up jet fuel costs.
The company said net profit for April-June was 732 million euros, or $843 million, compared with the same period in 2025.
