US urges Europe to release diesel reserves
US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent on Thursday called on Washington's European allies to release strategic diesel reserves and make more supplies available immediately to help control prices.
"Our European partners should accelerate delivery on their existing commitments and make additional supplies immediately available to address ongoing disruptions," Bessent said in a social media post.
