Ukraine satellite help being prepared, Macron says
French President Emmanuel Macron said Europe is working to help Ukraine strengthen its defences with satellite imagery and early-warning systems.
Macron spoke to reporters after a European summit in Brussels that was also attended by Ukraine's Volodymyr Zelensky. He said the systems were “much needed” for Ukraine's ability to defend itself.
The comments came as Kyiv's reliance on US battlefield technology has been highlighted by tensions with Washington.
