Tyson Fury to invite Trump for Joshua ring walk

Former heavyweight champion Tyson Fury says he will invite US President Donald Trump to lead his ring walk before his fight with Anthony Joshua in Cardiff on December 11.

Fury and Joshua are set to meet at the 80,000-capacity Principality Stadium. Fury said he would make the offer to Trump, whom he met at UFC Freedom 250 at the White House in June.

"I'll definitely make that offer to my old buddy, old pal, and we'll see if he's available," Fury said. "Probably unlikely because of the situation he's in at the moment, being the President of the United States."

Fury also said the Joshua fight was not likely to be his last, describing it as preparation for a possible third fight with Oleksandr Usyk, who has beaten him twice.

Uncertainty notes

It is not known from the item whether Trump will accept or attend.
