Rwandan government critic found beheaded in Uganda
Ugandan police said Monday that a former Rwandan soldier who had become a critic of Rwanda's government was found beheaded in Uganda.
Police spokesman Kituuma Rusoke said officers had registered the murder of a male adult aged about 50. He said the man's head had been cut off and had not yet been recovered.
