CIRCOR signs deal to buy Green Silence Group

CIRCOR said it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Green Silence Group S.p.A., an Italian provider of hydraulic pumps, electric motors and advanced engineering solutions.

CIRCOR, a KKR portfolio company, said the deal would add pump, electric motor, power electronics and engineering capabilities to its industrial portfolio. It said Green Silence Group would become part of CIRCOR’s Industrial Pumps Europe business after closing.

The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
