Andersen Global adds MHR collaboration in Argentina

Andersen Global said it has expanded its legal network in Argentina through a collaboration agreement with Martínez de Hoz & Rueda, known as MHR, after the MBP Partners team integrated into the firm.

Andersen Global said MBP Partners had previously been a collaborating firm and that the new agreement with MHR extends that relationship.

Andersen Global described MHR as a full-service law firm advising clients in areas including oil and gas, corporate and financial matters, energy, mining, fintech, infrastructure and technology.

José A. Martínez de Hoz, managing director of MHR, said the MBP Partners team would strengthen the firm's ability to advise on complex transactions and business matters.

Mark L. Vorsatz, global chairman and chief executive of Andersen, said MHR's addition would provide broader support to clients pursuing transactions, investments and growth opportunities in the region.

Andersen Global said it is an international association of legally separate, independent member firms with more than 50,000 professionals worldwide and a presence in more than 1,000 locations through member and collaborating firms.
