Russian drone damages Ukraine border post, Ukraine says
A Russian jet-powered drone struck a Ukrainian village near the Polish border on Monday and damaged a checkpoint, a Ukrainian regional official said.
Roman Romaniuk, the acting governor of Ukraine's western Volyn region, said on Telegram that the strike hit near the border with Poland in the village of Starovoitove.
He said the blast wave damaged the checkpoint building at the entrance to the terminal. The source item did not report casualties.
