Kyiv strikes kill 4, Ukrainian officials say
Russian strikes on Kyiv and surrounding areas killed at least four people on Tuesday, Ukrainian officials said.
The Kyiv city military administration said three people were killed in what it called an enemy attack on the capital. Regional military officials said an attack in Boryspil, in the Kyiv region, killed one person.
