Clavicular charged with rape in Massachusetts

Braden Eric Peters, a 20-year-old online “looksmaxxing” influencer known as “Clavicular,” is facing rape and related charges in Massachusetts, according to court records.

A criminal complaint seen by AFP on Tuesday charges Peters with rape, drugging a person for sexual intercourse and procuring liquor while under 21. He is to be arraigned on October 14 in Orleans District Court.

The alleged offenses involve a 17-year-old girl, whose identity is being withheld, and are alleged to have occurred in May 2025 at Peters's family home on Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

Peters could face up to 20 years in state prison if convicted of rape and would be required to register as a sex offender.

Peters has gained a large online following as a “looksmaxxer,” a term used for people promoting extreme measures to improve physical appearance.
