Anthropic CEO pledges to slow AI releases for safety
Anthropic chief executive Dario Amodei told the UN Security Council on Wednesday that the company would slow down AI technology releases as needed to ensure they are safe.
“We will slow down as much as necessary in order to make sure that every successive AI technology that we release is actually safe,” Amodei said in a video address.
