Moscow restaurant bombing kills 3, wounds 21, Russia says
Russia's national anti-terrorism committee said a homemade explosive device blew up at a restaurant in Moscow's Kudrinskaya Square on Saturday, killing three people and wounding 21, TASS state news agency reported.
The committee said the dead were a woman carrying the device into the restaurant, a security agent who stopped her and a customer.
It said the wounded suffered injuries of varying severity. Moscow police earlier told Ria Novosti that investigators and police forensic specialists were at the site.

Police said the explosion happened at around 8:10 p.m. local time, or 1710 GMT.
Police said the explosion was near a summer cafe.
