ICE officer left gun in San Francisco airport bathroom, official says
An Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer left a gun in a public bathroom after the security checkpoint at San Francisco International Airport on July 21, airport spokesman Doug Yakel said Friday.
Yakel said a flight attendant found the weapon in a stall in the area beyond pre-flight security. Security officers closed off the bathroom, and San Francisco Police officers were on the scene when the ICE officer returned to retrieve the gun.
