Tehran criticizes Trump plan to use Iranian assets for shipping damage

Tehran criticized President Donald Trump's threat to use Iranian assets to pay for damage to ships, cargo or related property caused by strikes in and around the Gulf, calling it an "incendiary precedent." Trump had said the United States would begin using frozen Iranian assets it controls for such payments until further notice.
